"Hope" - but not just any hope.
"Estel" stands for a Deep, unshakeable, trusting hope,
which is not based on evidence or probabilities -
but on Faith, loyalty and inner certainty.
In Tolkien's world "Estel" a central concept - it stands for faith in the good, even in the darkest hour. Aragorn himself bears this name in his childhood - as a symbol of the hope he embodies for Middle-earth.
"Estel does not mean blind hope. It is a trust that good will prevail, though the path is dark."
- inspired by Tolkien's mythology

Léonie
We are delighted to introduce you to Léonie - 23 years young, from Switzerland, full of energy and passion for tattoos.
She says about herself:
"I started practising when I was 18. I graduated from tattoo school in Lachen when I was 23 and have been pursuing my dream with total dedication ever since. Why do I tattoo? I loved drawing even as a child. And when I saw my mum's first tattoo, I knew immediately - that's exactly what I wanted to do. Tattooing is my passion and my path."
We are convinced: Léonie is not a "beginner" in the classic sense, but a rookie with fire - ready to start her tattoo journey with us.
Bat
„As an artist, I began working with film animation. Then I became increasingly interested in illustration and finally in the possibility of putting illustrations on the skin - in other words, the art of tattooing. I worked in many different studios in the Paris area and discovered just as many different tattoo styles. I love doing different things and adapting my work to the client's profile. I do my best to create the most personalised drawing possible for each client, creating original and unique designs.“
Our process
so
it works
Do you have a tattoo idea in mind, but are unsure what the process looks like with us? No problem - here we explain in five clear steps how you can get your dream tattoo with us. Transparent, uncomplicated and at eye level.
The first step is very simple: get in touch with us - by email, phone, in person on site or on social media. Tell us briefly what you have in mind (including sample images or ideas) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will take time for you in a free, no-obligation consultation. We will clarify any unanswered questions and discuss styles, feasibility, size and placement of your tattoo. This will give you a good feeling for everything else.
If everything is right for you, we will arrange one or more binding appointments - depending on the scope of your project. You will also receive all the important information you need to prepare for your piercing appointment.
Now it's time to get down to business: our tattoo artists work with me as the studio owner to develop your personalised design. Whether completely new or based on your template - the design is carefully worked out and prepared for the engraving appointment.
Your tattoo will be applied on the agreed day - in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. After the appointment, you will receive detailed instructions on how to care for your tattoo as well as information on follow-up checks or a possible follow-up appointment.
Then report contact us - we look forward to working with you to turn your idea into reality!

Questions
& answer
Here you will find frequently asked questions and answers about tattooing.
A tattoo is like a good outfit: it only really fits if it is customised to you. And that's exactly why we don't offer off-the-peg prices.
The cost of your tattoo depends on several things - for example, how big it will be, where you want it and the style in which you want to immortalise yourself. Whether it's a mini motif on your wrist or half of your back in colour - we'll look at it together.
You can visit us in the studio, call or write to us - the consultation is of course free of charge and completely non-binding. Afterwards, we'll tell you what price you can expect (don't worry, we won't bite).
Payment is made after each session - only cash payment possible. If the tattoo is not yet finished, the tattoo will be charged.
The amount of the deposit depends on the total price of your tattoo - completely fair and transparent.
To ensure that your appointment is actually reserved for you, we require a deposit in cash when you make the appointment. Only then is your appointment firmly booked.
For orientation:
- For smaller tattoos: 100 to 150 CHF
- For larger motifs or a one-day session: CHF 300
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as early as possible - preferably by calling the studio directly or via WhatsApp.
If you cancel at least 4 working days in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you have to postpone your appointment, this is not a problem: in this case, your deposit will of course be retained and automatically credited to your next appointment.
Cancellations at short notice (72 hours before the start of the course) are unfortunately no longer refundable, as we can then no longer reallocate the place.
Thank you for your understanding - this way everything is fair and relaxed, for you and for us!
No, you don't need an appointment to talk to us about your tattoo. You can drop by our studio at any time during our opening hours without obligation and without making an appointment.
However, if you want to make sure that we really have enough time for your consultation (and are not in the middle of stitching), we recommend that you make an appointment in advance. That way, we can devote ourselves to your project in peace and quiet - without rushing or waiting.
A little preparation doesn't hurt: get a good night's sleep, eat something good beforehand and skip the alcohol, aspirin and litres of coffee - that way your body will be ready for your new tattoo.
If you have skin problems or known allergies, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist before your tattoo appointment. This will allow them to clarify whether a tattoo is safe for you - your health always comes first.
Absolutely! If you already have an idea or even a template, please bring it along. We'll see together whether and how the motif can be realised or developed further.
It all depends on the design. A small tattoo can sometimes be done in 30 minutes, while larger or detailed designs can take a few hours - or we can split it into several sessions. But don't worry: we'll tell you exactly what you can expect beforehand.
We will provide you with detailed care instructions - but very basic: keep clean, apply cream, avoid the sun and swimming for the time being, and please don't scratch - even if it itches!
Please be punctual. If you are late, we may have to shorten or postpone your appointment - especially if the next customer is already waiting after you.
Sure, as long as it relaxes you! You can always bring headphones - and if you fancy a bit of small talk: We're also not a bunch of potty-mouths 😉
Accompanying persons are okay - but preferably not the whole clique. A quiet atmosphere helps us to concentrate on our work and offer you a relaxed experience.
Yes, tattoos are popular gifts - we can provide you with vouchers in any amount you like, simply and easily in the studio.
No - we do not tattoo during this time. For your protection and that of your baby, the appointment should be postponed until later.
Give yourself a 3-5 day break. Sweat, friction and movement can interfere with healing - your tattoo will appreciate a little rest.
Until the tattoo has completely healed, you should avoid pools, lakes and long baths - this usually takes two to three weeks.
Not ideal. Sun, seawater and unfamiliar hygiene can interfere with healing. If you can, it's better to get a prick before or after your holiday.
It is not ideal to have a fresh tattoo done shortly before an MRI appointment.
- In rare cases, the pigments used in the tattoo can react with the magnetic fields.
- This can lead to skin irritation or a slight burning sensation.
- In addition, an area that has not yet healed completely can impair the examination.
We therefore recommend scheduling the MRI appointment and the tattoo so that there is enough time between them
In Switzerland, there is a 4-month waiting period before you are allowed to donate blood again after a new tattoo.
This regulation serves to protect everyone: it ensures that any skin infections or complications can be ruled out.
